online coaching

In my experience, online coaching is one of the best ways to not only progress in your abilities, but to learn how to create a sustainable practice for yourself. The process takes a bit more time, effort and money than a cookie-cutter program, but the results will also be that much better.

Working through one block of programming together takes about 8-12 weeks and costs €250.

Here’s how it works:

    • I get to know you, your goals and current level and other lifestyle factors

    • I make you a program, you submit/resubmit videos of all exercises in the program until you’ve understood all the exercises properly. I’ll tweak the program until we’re ready to go.

    • You execute the plan and keep recording a select number of exercises I want to keep an eye on.

    • I give as much feedback as needed, provide resources for you to keep learning and help troubleshoot any problems that might pop up.

    • Review and evaluation

    • Planning next steps, discussing future phases.

  • €250 for one phase of minimum 9, maximum 11 weeks.
    9 weeks if we manage to nail the program within a week, up to 11 if we have to tweak more things.
    To keep up momentum, there’s a 11 week time cap on one cycle after which I will stop providing feedback.

    The first phase or two will take the most time for both of us, once we get into the groove we might be able to finish one phase in 8 weeks and discuss a discount.

  • I will try to use the format that’s most applicable for the situation. Expect mostly videos and text messages, preferably through WhatsApp.

  • One full cycle of online coaching will take about 8-10 weeks, and is also the only package I offer the service in. Since most of my work is done in the earlier stages of the process, I cannot refund after we start the process.

  • I can help you with;

    • General strength training, both bodyweight and weighted.

    • Handbalancing

    • Flexibility

    • Floor acrobatics and basic tumbling

    • Plyometrics and jump

    Whilst I do not shy away from a bit of specialization, I much prefer a generalist approach that changes emphasis periodically.

  • We can definitely make this work in most circumstances, regardless of your level. Here’s a few things to consider that might not make it work for you;

    - Time. Especially if you’re not experienced with following an exercise program it might take some reading, watching and back and forth communication for you to understand everything. I will provide all resources needed, but you will have to be able to take the time to read, watch, listen and learn.

    -Time2. Feedback is the cornerstone of this collaboration, for that you will need to film parts of your training and send it over. Then, you need to understand and integrate the feedback I provide you. This all takes slightly longer than it would in person, and will take extra time outside of your training.

    -Injury or illnesses. Whilst I understand basic principles of rehabilitation, and think most minor injuries have workarounds, I’m not a medical doctor or physical therapist and. Severe cases will be better off treated in person with a professional.
