Sam who?

Physicality has always been a big part of my life, in different ways.

I was the kid who climbed trees to get the neighbor's footballs. The teenager who fell in love with acrobatics and spent hours perfecting flips in the sandpit. The gym-goer who realized that strength training helped improve my sports performance. The acrobat who eventually got paid to perform on set and stage, doing what I love most.

But there was also the young adult who could barely walk due to back pain, struggling to accept my limitations. The person who thought my potential for physical growth was over before I even hit 30.

All these phases led me down a path of exploring different physical practices: from weight training to bodyweight exercises, injury rehab to peak performance. I've taught acrobatics and helped people tackle everyday physical challenges.

It’s still too early to draw any final conclusions about my own physical journey. But I’m really grateful for all the learning along the way. I hope I can help you discover your own physical practices, whether that means finding a stronger, more comfortable connection with your body or seeing just what it’s capable of.
